Weekend Program (February 14–15)

The opening Saturday–Sunday weekend will feature guest instructors presenting their respective disciplines, including:

• Tai Chi

• Aikido

• Budō Taijutsu

• Systema

• Yoga

• Orientation & Movement — exploring how movement emerges when the nervous system is aligned, without bracing or interference Each discipline will be offered in its own language and approach.

The intention is not comparison, but exposure and shared experience across fields.

Five-Day Masterclass Continuation (February 14–15, 17–19)

Following the opening weekend, the masterclass continues Tuesday through Thursday, allowing participants to go deeper into practice, reflection, and integration over the full five days. One of the ongoing containers offered during the masterclass will focus on Orientation & Movement, including:

• how the nervous system organizes movement

• bracing and interference, and what precedes them

• orientation before technique or effort

• translation rather than instruction This work is experiential and accessible to both practitioners and lay-people. No prior experience in any discipline is required.

Who This Is For

• Practitioners and teachers from any movement or contemplative discipline

• Those curious about embodied awareness and nervous-system organization

• Lay-people interested in movement, presence, and lived experience
